Yoni Steam

What is yoni steaming?

Yoni/vaginal steaming is ancient womb healing method that has been used by our ancestors for centuries. The herb infused steam enters the vagina increasing circulation and blood flow to our uterus, bringing life-giving heat and warmth essential to detoxing and directing the medicinal oils of the herbs where they need to go.

How often should I steam?

I recommend that women should steam two to three times a month, always during the weeks that you are not menstruating. For my queens who suffer from pain, bloating, or exhaustion should steam two to three times within the week before menstruation. Queens who are experiencing fertility challenges should steam once per week and twice during pre-ovulation, to make sure that the tissue is moist and that the cervical fluids are clear and copious. You should expect to steam for three months before seeing results. For the postpartum queens, a steam may be done three times a week for four weeks to help with healing and toning of the uterus and vagina. Please be sure that there are no open wounds and that you are no longer bleeding.
